Listed Company, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) announced that it made a successful venture of its economic housing project brand Casa Mira in Puerto Princesa, Palawan by having sold 85% in its pre-selling in reservation fees.
Puerto Princesa and Palawan have now become home to several realty development projects with large developers including Megaworld Development Corp., Vista Land Company, Robinsons Land, Sta. Lucia Realty and many others.
Of course, the best island in the world should be a prime place for realty development especially for those who would want to relocate to a provincial life where everything is still fresh including the air, food etc. And it is not also a bad investment for real estate as the place is a very promising place for tourism.
CLI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III said in a statement, “We are very pleased that our first venture in Luzon is a success. This shows that there is indeed a broader market for our bestselling housing brand Casa Mira beyond VisMin (Visayas-Mindanao).”
The sales generated for the first two buildings of Casa Mira Towers Palawan was P1.2-billion which comprise 480 units. This represents the reservation sales from the expected P3-billion sales of all of the development’s seven towers.
The location of the project development is near the City Center and accessible to all vital locations of the city such as malls and health care and educational facilities. Its total area is 2.09 hectares offering 20 square meter (sq.m.) studio units and one-bedroom units with up to 32 sq.m. at contract prices ranging from P2.3 million to P5 million.
Phase One of the project is set for completion in the last quarter of 2025 which would have a projected gross revenue of P6 billion.
According to disclosure from CLI, majority of the buyer’s from Casa Mira are overseas Filipino workers and professionals from nearby localities who want to have a real estate investment.
