Golden Hour Cafe at Sitio San Carlos, Bacungan, Puerto Princesa City is a picturesque stop spot for enthusiasts of life, nature, food and also coffee. It glistens and glows in the afternoon sun as it greets motorists coming from or going to the north. There has been quite a bustle of business activity as people escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Its kind of a small scale garden everyone wished they have in their backyard. Not too elaborate but not a pushover either. The landscape is well manicured to afford a relaxed feeling.

We think the appeal of the place is the intimacy drawn about by its patrons. You get to feel familiarity with the flora all around including the wood furnitures and placements. We say its the perfect milieu for short, concise and stress-free conversations.
Puerto Princesa has seen a lot of activity in the cafe scene recently. Maybe its the product of having been confined to a prolonged quarantine or there is certainly a form of congeniality brought about by coffee whether one is in the mall or al fresco as with Golden Hour.

The Coffee and the Panini was really nice. We heard their Lomi is their best seller. We decided to skip it for another visit.
Experience golden hour and head north at around Kilometer 20 just around the curve in San Carlos.
